Automatic Car Wash System

 

 

• The machine is rigidly constructed from high quality materials, fully treated for corrosion prevention. 
• The appearance is enhanced by PVC moulded coverings finished in soft colours. 
• The new generation KRE Car Wash is automation with programmable logic controller (PLC) with inbuilt memory which controls all machine movements with absolute precision and safety.
• Faults in the machine it can be easily read and diagnosed by LED display on the PLC.
• The KRE Car Wash is a self contained 3 brush, roll over gantry type of machine. 
• In the PRESOAK cycle the car is totally covered with soap flakes which are rinsed of in the return traverse.
• After presoak cycle the brush wash is started. 
• In the first pass the car is given a thorough cleaning with shampoo and gentle brushing action 
• In the return traverse liquid wax, in predetermined quantity is sprayed over the car surface. 
• The horizontal brush keeps to the contour of the car body by means of electronic pressure sensing while its up/down movement is controlled by a geared motor system. 
• The pressure of the horizontal brush is adjustable as "Mild", "Medium" and "Hard". To suit Indian conditions it also incorporates a "luggage carrier" avoidance circuit and "back tracking" system to circumvent projections like bumpers guards etc. 
• The vertical brushes wash the sides of the car automatically adjusting to varying car widths. The movement of the vertical brushes is controlled by specially designed Latching Units, which make the vertical brushes exert equal pressure on the car sides for excellant cleaning of the sides.
• The brushes are made of polyethylene material bristles mounted on PVC pads of 305 mm length for easy replaceablity. 2 or 3 electronic metering pumps monitor correct ratio of mix of detergent and wax.
• Space requirement (LxBXHt) - 10 x 4.2 x 3.5 m
• Capacity - 60 to 80 cars/ day
• The system can be installed in a different configuration where  Space requirement (LxBXHt) is - 17 x 4.2 x 3.5 m and capacity can be doubled at no extra cost.
• Foamed brushes can also available as optional as installed in machine supplied to Mercedes Benz (Diamler Chrysler India Ltd. Pune

 

This is a totally safe touch free gantry type of dryer having 3 fans fitted to the structure, 2 fans of 3.75 kW each for drying the sides and 1 fan of 7.5 kW for top drying. When the brush wash is finished the drier is started after such delay as desired after the reverse cycle of car wash has started. The arch moves forward and the 3 blowers start one by one forcing air at high velocity through the delivery vents. The side blowers are fixed while the top blower oscillates. The arch stops automatically at the end of the vehicle and the return travese commences repeating the above operation. This is atotally foolproof system of drying of vehicles.

Optional :- Another model of the Drying Arch with optically controlled horizontal nozzle is also available.  

It Is specially designed to dislodge the toughest of grime and dirt. It is fitted with 60 / 80 nozzles to wash small / large cars without wastage of water. a This results in a high degree of cleanliness. 

Under Chassis Wash System is available in 2 types:

Fixed Type:

• An assembly of 80 nozzles spread to cover the whole under side of a big car.
• Assembled on a channel frame and requires minimal civil work.
• Provision to work only 60 nozzles, by means of a selector valve (90 degree ball valve) to wash a small car.
• It uses a 5.5 kW pump as standard Equipment.
• Gives a fierce spray of water by fan / jet shaped nozzles fitted on series of galvanised pipes.
• Pressure is assisted by air through an airline.
• Provision of selection of time in Control Panel from 0-6 minutes.
• Auto / manual operation can be selected by selector switch.
• Space required 5 x 3 m (Lx B).

Oscillating Type:

• An assembly of 4 rows of pipes each having 20 spray nozzles connected to the main feeder pipeline through special rotating joints.
• Pipes rotate from side to side by means of a helical worm geared motor unit giving a fierce spray of water for the underside of the vehicle.
• Pressure is assisted by air through an air line. 
• Specially suitable for SUV's/Jeeps.

The machine is constructed from quality materials and fully treated for corrosion prevention. It has an arrangement to spray degreasant on the engine surface to loosen grease etc. After a delay it gives a fierce spray of water to clean the engine.

• Consists of 14 nozzles.
• Uses a 5.5 kW pump as standard equipment.
• Gives a fierce spray of water by fan /jet shaped nozzles fitted on two rows of galvanised pipes.
• Pressure is assisted by air pressure through an air line.
• The control panel provide for selection of time of its operation from 0 6 minutes.
• 0.37 kW geared motor is used for oscillating the spray, system.

The KRE Engine Wash & KRE Under Chassis Wash M/c's are in modular form and can be supplied separately or as a system.

• Space required for installation 5 x 3 m (Lx B).
• Requires minimal civil works.
• 2-3 Minutes for cleaning the underside and engines of cars.
• Can use recycled water, no fresh water required.
