It is in modular form with two portals. One portal is the KRE car wash and the other is the drying unit. The under chassis wash system is mounted on the wash pad. This is a multi programme system.

The three modules of the system can be installed as different units or incorporated as a system.

We have supplied more than 100 car wash systems to dealers of one of India's largest car manufacturer's alone.

We offer a wide range of automatic machines to clean buses and trucks ranging from a 3 brush machine for fleet owners,special 2 brush machines for State Transports and 1 brush machines for small fleet owners.

Single or Dual Under chassis wash systems are also available for buses/trucks. 

The system has been especially designed, incorporating the latest technology, and manufactured to Biophysically (without use of chemicals) treat wash water coming from car washing activity being carried out either manually / or by Automatic Vehicle Washing Machine.

The new generation of KRE Motor Cycle Washing Machine is robust in construction which carries out the operation of washing of Motor cycle quickly, economically and efficiently.  All operations of the machine are totally automatic which are controlled and monitored by a control panel. 

The KRE fully Automatic Train Washing System (Model KRE-TRAIN WASH-1) is designed for washing trains with their own  means of locomotion on tracks at a maximum speed of 5 Km/hr.  This is a 4 Brush Station Plant. 

 

The operation of the system is automatic.  All devices are started by means of photocells placed in positions that allow a satisfactory performance of each cycle in order to turn on / off all devices.

 

All operation of the system are controlled and monitored by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)
