It is in modular form with two portals. One portal is the car wash and the other is the drying unit. The under chassis wash system is mounted on the wash pad. This is a multi program system.

The three modules of the system can be installed as different units or incorporated as a system.

Offering Water Recycle & Treatment Plant;

The system consists of 2 filtering columns one each of quartzite and activated carbon mounted on common base plate with sludge pump. the pump for backwashing of filter columns is also mounted on the base.
The operation is controlled manually/automatically by means of a control panel.

The base plate is rigidly constructed from ms channel, angles. all channels angles and filter columns are treated for anti-corrosion. Doors are made of zintec sheets flitted with locks, which are provided for protection and aesthetic look. The control panel, housed in a watertight box is mounted within the framework. The plant is finished in attractive colours.
the supply flow rate of the system has been set at 2. 5 cubic meter/hour max.
The system is self-run by level switches that will pilot the starting and stopping of the electric pumps. Therefore no particular care and maintenance is required. It will be sufficient to simply check the efficiency of the filters on the odd occasion. Pressure gauge is provided to determine back washing frequency of quartzite filter. It is recommended that filter columns may be washed once in a day or at a frequency as required.

The new generation of KRE Motor Cycle Washing Machine is robust in construction which carries out the operation of washing of Motor cycle quickly, economically and efficiently. All operations of the machine are totally automatic which are controlled and monitored by a control panel.

The operator mounts the Motor cycle on the wash pad and ensures that front tyre is fixed in tyre mount. The operator pushes the start / stop switch. The pre-soak cycle (detergent spray) starts. The detergent cycle stops after 10 secs. After it stops there is a delay of 15 secs for soaking. After this delay the water pump (pre-wash cycle) starts (15 secs).

After the pre-wash cycle stops, there is delay periodgiven for loosening the mud (15 seconds). After the delay period Rinse cycle starts (45 secs). After the automatic operation is over the operator adjusts the 3 way valve for using the hand lance (selects manual in sub control panel). The wash pump starts and with the hand lance cleans the scooter/bike wherever required. Once the cleaning is over operator will keep the hand lance in the hand lance holder and will select the selector switch on sub control panel to normal. Operator will adjust the three way valve for normal spray and then the scooter/bike is driven out into the drying area where it will be dried using special blow dryers made for this purpose.
