The new generation of KRE Bike Wash is robust in construction which carries out the operation of washing of Motor cycle quickly, economically and efficiently. All operations of the machine are totally automatic which are controlled and monitored by a control panel.
The machine is rigidly constructed from quality materials, fully treated for corrosion prevention. The appearance of the machine is enhanced by PVC moulding in soft colors. It is a gantry type of machine. The machine is fully automatic and all its functions are controlled by PLC.
This machine is available in 2 models – one to wash one motorcycle at a time & the other with 2 bays to wash two motorcycles at a time.
The motorcycles are parked over the under chassis installed on the ground. The operator pushes the Start button – the under chassis starts and stops after 4 seconds after which the machine starts forward movement towards the bike spraying detergent over the bike surface, through two nozzles on each side and one nozzle on the top thoroughly covering the bike with detergent, after which it stops at its designated place.
A time lag of 1 minute or as desired is given for the mechanic to rub the detergent on the bike. After this the reverse cycle is started – under chassis is started and the water from side nozzles, through 2 banks (3 nozzles in each bank ) which oscillate, and 2 nozzles at the top which give a fierce spray of water on the bike. The delivery of water is assisted by air.
The machine then stops at the starting point and motorcycle driven out to the drying bay.
Provision is given for 2nd wash cycle where the wash cycle is repeated forward & reverse without spraying detergent solution. This cycle is used in case detergent is applied by hand.
Time taken to wash 1 or 2 motorcycle’s at a time:
U C Wetting - 4 seconds
Forward traverse - 50 seconds
Delay - 60 seconds – This is required only if machine is rubbed by hand
Reverse traverse - 50 seconds

The operator mounts the Motor cycle on the wash pad and ensures that front tyre is fixed in tyre mount. The operator pushes the start / stop switch. The pre-soak cycle (detergent spray) starts. The detergent cycle stops after 10 secs. After it stops there is a delay of 15 secs for soaking. After this delay the water pump (pre-wash cycle) starts (15 secs).
After the pre-wash cycle stops, there is delay period given for loosening the mud (15 seconds). After the delay period Rinse cycle starts (45 secs). After the automatic operation is over the operator adjusts the 3 way valve for using the hand lance (selects manual in sub control panel). The wash pump starts and with the hand lance cleans the scooter/bike wherever required. Once the cleaning is over operator will keep the hand lance in the hand lance holder and will select the selector switch on sub control panel to normal. Operator will adjust the three way valve for normal spray and then the scooter/bike is driven out into the drying area where it will be dried using special blow dryers made for this purpose.
All operations of machine are totally automatic and are started by press of a switch. The total time taken to complete the cycle is 2 min - 40 secs. The timings of each cycle are adjustable.
