The KRE 001 is an Automatic Washing system ideally suitable for irregular shaped vehicles. It can wash commercial vehicles also. A full length of truck can be washed in about 5 – 6 minutes. With the minimum number of working parts it is easily maintainable and highly reliable. It is economical as compared to the manual washing. The system does not require complex and extensive site preparation like all washing systems. The Equipment is fully covered by guarantee and comprehensive service schemes like all other KRE range of Automatic Washing Systems.

Operation:
The KRE-001 system is a self propelled gantry type of machine. The vehicle is driven into the wash bay stopping in front of machine. The engine is stopped and hand brake firmly applied.
It has two cycles. In the first cycle the gantry moves on rails from one end of the vehicle to the other end spraying the vehicle with special chemical solution mixed with water, covering the whole vehicle surface to loosen the mud attached to it. After a delay of 1 minute the gantry starts the reverse cycle spraying water and rinsing the vehicle at 5 bar pressure. The force of water impinging is increased by injection of air.
In the event it is felt that the vehicle requires more cleaning the above cycle can be repeated.
The movement of the machine, in length, will be controlled in 3 stages to suit vehicle lengths by means of push button.
The machine has 8 nozzles on each side and 8 nozzles on the top which oscillate covering arch of 45 to 60 degrees.
The time taken for cleaning a large vehicle (one cycle) will be 3 minutes.
