KRE Automatic Car Wash System in 10 M

The KRE Car Wash is in Modular form having 3 modules – (1) Car Wash Machine (2) Drying Unit & (3) Under Chassis Wash nAll 3 units can be installed separately or as a system in 2 configurations – 10 M / 17 M or Tunnel type configuration (see seperate product heads for details)

In a 10 M configuration 60/80 cars can be washed, dried & cleaned from underside per 8 hr shift

In a 17 M configuration 150/160 cars can be washed, dried & cleaned from underside per 8 hr shift. No additional cost is to be incurred for this installation.

In a Tunnel type of configuration 1 car can be washed in <2 minutes.

KRE Drying Unit is a touch free drying unit and can be fitted for drying even after manual washing has been done. Time taken is only 1½ minutes. Such Drying units are working at MSL’s export facilities in Mumbai & Mundra port, drying approx 3000 cars per location per month.

Fixed type of Drying Units are also available in which car can be dried after washing. Such Drying units are working at MSL’s dealer Alankar Motors, Patna.

The KRE Under Chassis Wash is fitted on a frame and can be installed on existing pits/ramps/as required. The under chassis consists of 80 nozzles with provision to work 60 nozzles or 80 nozzles depending on size of car. Space required is only 5 x 3 M.
For SUV’s/Jeeps bigger under chassis is supplied with 140 nozzles.

Wash time taken for under chassis is only 15 seconds only.
KRE Water Treatment Unit is a stand alone Bio Physical unit especially suited for car wash application where no chemicals are used to treat water nSince there is no use of Chemicals there is no recurring cost of chemicals or generation of carcinogenic sludge which requires special disposal.
